To ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests—and to keep our home in top condition

—we kindly ask that you review and abide by the following house rules during your stay.

1. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-In: Starts at 3:00 PM
Check-Out: Strictly by 11:00 AM

Late Check-Out: Late check-outs that are not pre-approved incur a $50/hour fee to cover additional cleaning schedule disruptions.

2. Occupancy & Registered Guests

Maximum Occupancy: Up to 2 guests (unless explicitly approved prior to arrival).

Registered Guests Only: Only guests listed on the original reservation are permitted on the property overnight.

Unregistered Guests: Visitors must be approved in advance by the host.

3. House Care & Kid-Friendly Guidelines

Wall & Furniture Protection: We love welcoming families! We kindly ask that adults supervise young children to ensure walls, furniture, and textiles remain free of markers, crayons, paint, or spillages.
Specialized Cleaning: Stains, wall markings, or damage requiring specialized cleaning, repainting, or furniture restoration will be charged to the guest.
Shoes Inside: We request that you remove your shoes at the entrance to help keep floors clean.

4. Parties, Events & Quiet Hours

No Parties or Events: Gathering, parties, or large events are strictly prohibited.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels respectful of neighbors during these hours.

5. Smoking & Vaping

100% Smoke-Free: Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the property or within 10 feet of doors/windows.
Violation Fee: Smoking indoors will result in a $300 fine plus the cost of deep-cleaning smoke remediation.

6. Pets & Safety
No Pets:

Safety: Please ensure all windows and doors are securely locked whenever you leave the property.

7. Checkout Checklist

Before you depart, we kindly ask that you:
Place used towels in the bathtub or hamper.
Load and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes.
Turn off all lights, heating, or cooling units.
Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked.
